| Zucchini, Colorful Peppers and Garbanzo Beans |
| Ingredients Needed: 2 tablespoons cooking oil ½ teaspoon whole cumin ½ cup chopped onions 2 cups zucchini, chopped 1 large red pepper, chopped 1 large orange pepper, chopped 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons White Jasmine Tandoori Masala 1 teaspoon chili powder ½ cup chopped cilantro |
| Directions: Heat oil in a sauté pan, add whole cumin and let it sizzle. Add chopped onions and sauté them until light brown. Add zucchini and peppers, sauté the mixture for 2 minutes, add salt, Tandoori masala and chili powder. Add garbanzo beans. Mix everything together, add chopped cilantro and leave it to simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve as a side or main dish. |
