MANKATO, Minn. – The Wisconsin women’s hockey team played to a 2-2 tie against Minnesota State on Friday night to open the 2012-13 season at All Seasons Arena in Mankato, Minn. The Badgers won the shootout 3-2 in three rounds to claim the extra point for conference standings.
