Badgers Advance in WCHA Playoffs
The Badger women's hockey team picked up a 4-0 victory against Minnesota State on Saturday night to advance to the 2012 WCHA Final Face-Off. Wisconsin will face Minnesota-Duluth in conference semifinals next weekend in Duluth.
Four different Badgers scored and goaltender Alex Rigsby made 28 saves for her second-consecutive shutout. Rigsby hasn't allowed a goal in her last 167 minutes.
