Colorado College downs Badgers 5-4 in OT

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Alexander Krushelnyski scored in overtime to give Colorado College a 5-4 win over Wisconsin on Friday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.

Krushelnyski beat Joel Rumpel just 25 seconds into overtime for the Tigers (4-3-0, 1-0-0), who snapped a three-game losing streak. Krushelnyski also had an assist.

Rumpel had allowed two or less goals in nine of his previous 10 games. He had 34 saves.

Keegan Meuer had tied the game for the Badgers (1-3-1, 1-1-1) at 15:42 of the third period. He also had assist.

Josh Thorimbert made 22 saves for the Tigers, who had two power-play goals to end an 0-for-14 skid.

Wisconsin's Mark Zengerle had an assist to extend his point-scoring streak to five games.
