Wisconsin beats Minn. St., Mankato 2-1 in OT


MANKATO, Minn. (AP) -- John Ramage scored the game-winning goal in overtime for the second straight night as Wisconsin defeated Minnesota State, Mankato 2-1 Saturday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.

Ramage also assisted on the Badgers' other goal. He scored the winning goal with six seconds left in OT. On Friday, Ramage scored the winners in a 4-3 game with 32 seconds left in OT.

Jefferson Dahl had the other goal for Wisconsin (8-7-5, 6-5-5) on Saturday.

Matt Leitner scored the only goal of the game for MSUM (14-8-2, 8-8-0), which outshot the Badgers 36-26.

Joel Rempel had 35 stops for Wisconsin and Stephon Williams 24 saves for MSUM.

Wisconsin is unbeaten in its last 10 games.
