Highland took an early 7-0 lead on a touchdown run by Caleb Yager after the Bulldogs fumbled on their opening possession.
It was a defensive struggle after that as both teams would turn the ball over numerous times.
The Cardinals put up 9 more points in the second half and kept Ithaca out of the endzone to beat the Bulldogs 16-0 and improve to 5-0.
