Monona Grove advanced to the third round of the playoffs Friday night, as the Silver Eagles soared over Reedsburg 28-7.

Monona Grove won the game, as well as the contest for play of the night. Tied 7-7, the Silver Eagles connected on a trick play on 4th down to take the lead going into the half.

Quarterback Brett Percy passed it to James Conner, who lateraled the ball back to Markus Goff for a 46-yard touchdown play to put Monona Grove up 14-7 at halftime.

Next up, the Silver Eagles face Mount Horeb/Barneveld.
