Once beaten Verona had little trouble with Memorial as they earn another Big Eight win with a 41-22 victory.
Verona jumped all over the Spartans in the first half, leading 34-6. The Cards then scored on a Dom Wise 11-yard touchdown run in the third to make it 41-6.
Joe Ferguson answered with a 3-yard score to cut the Wildcats lead to 41-12 but it was too little too late as Verona rolls by 19.
Verona improves to 3-1 in conference while Memorial falls to 2-2.
