Just like their name sake, the La Follette football team has fought it's way to the top of the Big Eight Conference. The Lancers have done it by allowing the fewest points on conference play while their opponent Friday night Memorial has given up the most in Big Eight play.
Form held as the first place Lancers rolled to 51-14 win over the Spartans. With the win La Follette improves to 6-1 overall and 5-1 in Big Eight action.
