In front of a season-high crowd of 7,074 fans, the ninth-ranked Wisconsin volleyball team swept Indiana in the UW Field House on Saturday night. UW (14-1 overall, 6-0 Big Ten) stayed atop the Big Ten Conference standings by beating the Hoosiers 30-17, 33-31, 30-16. Wisconsin and Penn State are alone atop the conference after the third-ranked Nittany Lions swept 11th-ranked Minnesota on Saturday night.
The Badgers will face the Minnesota on Friday at the Sports Pavilion in Minneapolis, Minn. and then travel to Iowa City, Iowa to face the Hawkeyes on Saturday in Carver-Hawkeye Arena. First serve is at 7 p.m. for both matches.
