Ben Wallace injured in Chicago's 97-81 win over Milwaukee

CHICAGO (AP) -- Kirk Hinrich scored 20 points and Ben Wallace scored eight points before leaving late in the second quarter with a sprained left ankle as the Chicago Bulls defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 97-81. Charlie Villanueva led the Bucks with 19 points and Desmond Mason added 11. The Bucks (3-4) play their final exhibition game on tonight night at Minnesota.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Green Bay Packers rookie running back DeShawn Wynn returned to the practice field after sitting out earlier this week because of a spasm in his neck. Wynn, a seventh-round pick out of Florida has led the Packers in rushing attempts in each of the past three games. He remains the Packers' Number One running back going into Monday night's game at Denver.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin Badgers running back Lance Smith pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a summer incident in which he allegedly beat up his girlfriend. The 19-year-old Ohio native entered the pleas to misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct charges on Tuesday.

Under the terms of a plea agreement, Smith must follow the rules set by the Dane County District Attorney's First Offenders Program for a time period not specified in court records. If he does not violate the program's rules or commit any new crimes, the charges will be dismissed.
