Tuesday Wisconsin Sports UPDATE

Here is the latest Wisconsin sports from The AP

DENVER (AP) -- It was vintage Brett Favre, as the three-time MVP tossed a game-winning touchdown pass on the first play from scrimmage in overtime. Favre threw to Greg Jennings for the 82-yard touchdown and a 19-13 victory over the Denver Broncos in Denver last night. The Broncos had tied the score at 13 on Jason Elam's 21-yard field goal as time ran out in regulation. Green Bay won the coin toss and received the kick, setting the stage for the game-winning play.

DENVER (AP) -- Believe it or not, Brett Favre says he had butterflies when the Broncos tied the game as time ran out and forced an overtime last night. That's from a 38-year-old quarterback who's been in two Super Bowls, winning one of them, and set all kinds of NFL records in his long career. But despite being "nervous as heck," he won the game with an 82-yard pass play to Greg Jennings.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The Milwaukee Bucks' top draft pick will be a starter when the team opens the season in Orlando tomorrow night. Coach Larry Krystkowiak unveiled the starting lineup, and it includes rookie power forward Yi Jianlian from China. Also getting a starting nod is veteran forward Desmond Mason, who signed as a free agent in the offseason to rejoin his former team. Other starters are guards Mo Williams and Michael Redd and center Andrew Bogut.
