Chad Rau's fourth shorthanded goal of the season broke a third-period scoreless tie, and No. 4 Colorado College beat No. 13 Wisconsin 2-0 in Madison tonight.

Wisconsin defenseman Kyle Klubertanz turned the puck over in the attacking zone, giving Rau a rush up the right side of the ice. The Tigers junior beat Wisconsin goaltender Shane Connelly to the glove side.
Freshman Tyler Johnson added his first collegiate goal for Colorado College less than two minutes later.
Rookie Richard Bachman made 22 saves for his second collegiate shutout for the Tigers, who pulled into first place in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association, two points ahead of idle Denver.
