Marcus Landry and Michael Flowers both scored 14 points and 11th-ranked Wisconsin held off Michigan 64-61 tonight to remain undefeated in the Big Ten.
Michigan had a chance to take the lead with less than a minute left, but Manny Harris lost the ball as he tried to drive the lane surrounded by Wisconsin defenders.
Joe Krabbenhoft grabbed the loose ball for the Badgers (16-2, 6-0), and Landry hit a 3-pointer at the other end to seal the win.
Michigan (5-14, 1-6) came in with the worst defense in the Big Ten and the 10th-ranked offense. But the Wolverines managed to hang around for much of the game with a dominant performance on the boards.
The Wolverines grabbed 21 offensive rebounds and finished with a 36-24 advantage overall.
Harris led the Wolverines with 26 points.
