Lewis leaves Packers staff for Louisville

Green Bay Packers assistant coach Eric Lewis is leaving to become the secondary coach at the University of Louisville.

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy announced his departure today.

Lewis is the son of former Packers offensive coordinator Sherman Lewis.

He was Green Bay's defensive quality control assistant for the past two seasons. Before that, Lewis was a defensive backfield coach at Ball State and Bucknell.
