MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Somewhere in the world, the Green Bay Packers will have won the N-F-C Championship game. Despite the loss to the Giants, the clothing prepared by the N-F-L will be sent to needy people in other countries around the world. The league has donated the losing teams' items to World Vision since 1994. World Vision says people in places such as Nicaragua are very poor and often have never had a new piece of clothing in their lives.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The Milwaukee Bucks blew an 11-point lead in an instant, but recovered for a victory. Mo Williams scored 25 points and Charlie Bell added 22 as Milwaukee topped Washington 105-to-102 in overtime yesterday. The Wizards overcame the big deficit in just 92 seconds to force overtime.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Poor Northwestern wasn't much of a match for Wisconsin. Jolene Anderson scored 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Wisconsin beat Northwestern 75-45 yesterday in Madison after opening with an 18-2 run. It was 40-13 at half and the Badgers led by as many as 35.
