MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Jordan Fulton redirected a shot past goaltender Shane Connelly one minute into overtime, giving No. 12 Minnesota-Duluth a 2-1 victory over No. 11 Wisconsin tonight.
Defenseman Travis Gawryletz fired a shot from the right point that Fulton tipped just inside the right post to give the Bulldogs their first victory in Madison since March 6, 2004.
Alex Stalock made 31 saves for Minnesota-Duluth (11-9-6, 7-8-5 WCHA). The team regained a tie for fourth place in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association with the Badgers (12-11-5, 8-9-3).
Andrew Carroll scored a first-period goal for the Bulldogs, and Wisconsin's Matthew Ford scored in the second period.
Shane Connelly made 21 saves for the Badgers, who saw a season-high six-game unbeaten streak end.
