Wisconsin women skate to another win shutting out Bemidji

Four different Badgers scored and senior goaltender Jessie Vetter recorded her 24th career shutout as the No. 5 Wisconsin women’s hockey team defeated Bemidji State 4-0 at the Kohl Center on Friday afternoon.

Kyla Sanders (Forty Myers, Fla.), Angie Keseley (St. Louis Park, Minn.), Kayla Hagen (Crosslake, Minn.) and Jinelle Zaugg (Eagle River, Wis.) all recorded goals for Wisconsin (22-7-2, 18-5-2 WCHA) who has now won 12 of their last 13 games.

Wisconsin and Bemidji State wrap up their series tomorrow afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Eagles Nest Ice Arena in Verona.
