The defending champions (21-3) will play Oshkosh West (20-5) in the title game tomorrow night.
Teri Stamps scored 12 points and Brittney Mason had 11 for the Vikings, who limited the Wildcats to 18 percent shooting (7-40) from the field.
No Wildcats reached double figures. Aly Bucierka led with 9 points and Leslie Schaefer added 7 for the Wildcats (19-7).
