Veteran quarterback Brad Johnson has been released by the Minnesota Vikings. The 15-year veteran is now an unrestricted free agent. The departure of Johnson means the Vikings have only two quarterbacks on the roster, Tarvaris Jackson and Brooks Bollinger.
The 38-year old Johnson feels he still can be a starter in the N-F-L. Johnson was a ninth-round draft pick out of Florida State in 1992 by the Vikings.
