The Milwaukee Brewers used a balanced attack this afternoon to beat the Oakland A's eleven-to-four.
Seven players drove in a run and ten scored runs. Rickie Weeks, Bill Hall, Johnny Estrada and Kevin Mench all drove in two runs apiece as Milwaukee jumped on A's starter Joe Kennedy from the start.
The first six batters of the game had hits, making it five-to-nothing before Kennedy recorded an out. The last hit was an R-B-I double by Mench.
Kennedy says it was just spring training and he has to keep on battling.
David Bush allowed three runs and seven hits in five innings to earn the win for Milwaukee. He gave up a first-inning homer to Mike Piazza.
