Former Marquette University standout Travis Diener has agreed to a free agent contract with the Indiana Pacers.
Agent Doug Neustadt says Diener has agreed to a 3 year deal, with an option after the second year. Neustadt says Diener is expected to sign early next week.
Diener spent his first two seasons in the NBA with the Orlando Magic after being taken in the second round of the 2005 draft.
He appeared in 49 games over the last two seasons with the Magic, averaging 3.8 points per game.
