"Sun Country" was painted on the side of the chartered Boeing 737-800 that landed in Madison early this evening.
Maybe that's because it was headed towards a sunny state... Texas, to be exact.
It touched down shortly before 5 p.m. and loaded up quickly, ready to fly the Badgers towards the Final Four.
Basketball players weren't the only ones on board though.
"It feels amazing," said UW-Madison senior and band member Joey D'Amato, adding that he "couldn't have asked for anything better".
He jumped aboard too, ready to cheer on his team.
"It's an honor to represent the band and the university and just the state of Wisconsin," D'Amato said.
He thinks that Bo Ryan prepared the team well, and said "it will be two very good games".
The team was scheduled to arrive in Texas shortly after 8 p.m. tonight.
