Badgers get verbal committ from J.J. Watt's brother

He didn't wait as long as his brother in having a change of heart. But based on the results of what J.J. Watt has done since transferring to the UW, the Badgers would have been willing to wait.

The University of Wisconsin picked up an oral commitment from Derek Watt, the brother of defensive end J.J. Watt late Monday night. The news was reported Monday evening by J.J. Watt on Twitter.

Derek Watt, 6-foot-2, 210 pounds, is a linebacker and running back at Pewaukee High School. He had originally given an oral commitment to Northwestern before changing his mind.
