It was quit a game in Livingston in a battle of unbeatens between Cuba City and Iowa-Grant.
I-G drove the field on their opening drive and scored on a 32-yard touchdown run by quarterback Derek Peat to give them a 6-0 lead after a failed 2-point conversion.
Cuba City would then answer on their first drive. C-C running back Brandon Slaats ran 34-yards for a score to give the Cubans a 7-6 lead after the extra-point.
The Cubans would lead at half and put up three more scores to beat I-G 28-12, handing I-G their first loss of the season and improving theirs to 5-0 in the SWAL.
