Darlington Outlasts Mineral Point 21-20
The Redbirds took an early 7-0 lead but couldn't find the endzone on their next drive as Cole McDonald's pass was intercepted by MIneral Point in the endzone for a touchback.
Darlington would however find paydirt on a one-yard touchdown plunge by Myles Leahy to give the Redbirds a 13-0 lead.
It appeared to remain that way going into halftime but the Pointers struck back with a 79-yard touchdown pass from Nolan Barrette to Tarek Oellerich to cut the lead to 13-7.
Mineral Point took a late lead in the game but Darlington rallied with a score in the final minutes to give the Redbirds a 21-20 win.
