CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) -- No. 12 Illinois is off to a 14-3 start but already worrying about its standing in the rugged Big Ten.

The Illini routed Ohio State last weekend then lost to No. 8 Minnesota. That leaves them at 1-2 in league play headed into Saturday's game at Wisconsin (11-4, 2-0 Big Ten).

Illinois coach John Groce said Friday that the Badgers are hard to force out of their deliberate pace. He says Illinois can't worry about what a loss would mean in the standings.
