Lancaster remained undefeated Friday night with a 21-14 win over River Valley.

Despite the fantastic finish, things did not start off well for the Flying Arrows. At the end of the 1st quarter, Lancaster attempted a punt from their own 30 yard line, but the snap went over Brent Snyder's head and gave the Blackhawks great field position on their ensuing drive.

Running back Seth Liegel put the Blackhawks on the board on the next series, highlighted by a 17 yard touchdown run to put River Valley up 7-0.

Lancaster would hit the ground running on their next drive, lead by quarterback AJ Day. Day kept the drive alive on third down with 12-yard scamper up the middle, and found paydirt later in the drive with a 14-yard touchdown run.

River Valley would respond later in the quarter, and take a 14-7 lead at halftime. It was the first time Lancaster trailed at the half all season.

With the win, the Flying Arrows take at least a share of the SWC Conference Title.
