Sun Praire and West got into a shootout but in the end the Cardinals beat the Regents 40-21 to advance to level 3 of the playoffs.
The Cardinals scored on their first drive of the game as Wisconsin committ Craig Evans scored on a one yard run to make it 7-0.
The Regents answered on an Alex Brown 58 yard touchdown pass to Terrell McFaden to even the game at 7-7.
The Cards regained the lead on their next drive when Ryan Curran hit Michael Marchese on a 63 yard touchdown pass.
Sun Prairie would add 27 more points and to beat West by 19. The Cardinals will play Verona next week in level 3.
