SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) -- Golf star Na Yeon Choi is giving $30,000 to help support one of the Boys and Girls Clubs in Wisconsin.
Na Yeon Choi won the U.S. Women's Open at Blackwolf Run in Kohler last summer.
The Sheboygan Press reports that she gave the Boys and Girls Club of Sheboygan County a check for $30,000 on Tuesday after playing in the Kraft Nabisco Championship in Palm Springs, Calif.
Boys and Girls Club Executive Director Robert O'Hara says Choi wanted to give back to the Sheboygan-area community that includes Kohler after winning the golf tournament there.
