MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Marco Estrada earned his first win in almost a year last night in the Milwaukee Brewers' 5-2 victory over the Chicago Cubs. Estrada allowed two hits over six solid innings and retired 18 of 21 batters he faced. Alfonso Soriano finished with two hits and an RBI for the Cubs.

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Adam Wainwright tied his career high with 12 strikeouts last night as the St. Louis Cardinals topped the Houston Astros 7-0. Wainwright tossed his second shutout and third complete game of the season. Skip Schumaker and Yadier Molina drove in two runs apiece for the Cardinals.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Zack Cozart hit a tiebreaking home run in the ninth inning last night to give the Cincinnati Reds a 5-4 win over the Philadelphia Phillies. Cincinnati's Kevin Frandsen hit a game-tying RBI triple off Jonathan Broxton in the eighth. Aroldis Chapman finished the game for his 30th save.

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Brett Anderson pitched seven strong innings in his first start since undergoing elbow surgery nearly 15 months ago as the Oakland Athletics beat the Minnesota Twins 4-1 last night. The A's turned a triple play in the fifth inning to back up Anderson. Ben Revere singled and scored Minnesota's lone run.
