Wisconsin rolls to 5-0 win over Alabama-Huntsville

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Nic Kerdiles and Michael Mersch scored two goals each as Wisconsin skated to a 5-0 men's college hockey win over Alabama-Huntsville on Thursday.

Mark Zengerle and Derek Lee each had two assists for the Badgers (3-7-5), who outshot the Chargers 37-9 to improve to 7-0-0 all-time against UAH (3-13-1).

Sean Little scored the Badgers' other goal.

The Chargers, who had won two straight games, managed just two shots on goal in each of the last two periods.

Landon Peterson made nine saves for Wisconsin.

John Griggs had 26 saves for UAH before he was replaced in the third period by Gregg Gruehl, who made five saves.
