Edgewood's Cody Strang showed McFarland and anyone else at MIA Thursday night why he is a Mr. Hockey finalist. Strang and his Crusaders also reminded the rest of the state that are on a mission to get back to the state hockey tournament.

Edgewood scored two early goals on the Spartans and Strang, a UW recruit, had a hat trick before the 2nd intermission en route to 6-0 win.

The victory sends the Crusaders into the sectional semifinals against Sun Prairie on Tuesday.
