In a season filled with so many close wins Monroe once again rallied for division two sectional semifinal victory setting up a rematch with Badger Conference rival Edgewood.
Mitch Tordoff poured in a game high 30 points helping the Southern Badger Co-champs rally for a 33-27 halftime deficit to a 69-58 over Wisconsin Dells. Monroe outscored the Chieftons 28-12 in the decisive 4th quarter.
