RACINE, Wis. (AP) -- Racine police have arrested a 31-year-old Illinois man in the shooting death of a Chicago teen earlier this month.
Eighteen-year-old Lance Youngblood was shot in the head Aug. 8 at a Racine gas station.
Investigators executed a search warrant Monday and arrested a 31-year-old man from Zion, Illinois, who they say is their primary suspect in the shooting.
Police say two other people arrested in connection to the shooting remain in custody on other charges.
Police say the Zion, Illinois, man could be charged with first-degree intentional homicide, Wisconsin's most severe crime. It will be up to the district attorney to file charges.
Police say there was a dispute among several people at the gas station, and someone fired into vehicle carrying Youngblood as it pulled away.
