WIND LAKE, Wis. (AP) -- A Wind Lake man has been arrested for assaulting a snow plow driver who asked him to move a truck to make way for plows.
The Racine County Sheriff's Department says rescue crews found Town of Norway public works superintendent Scott Laux bleeding on Christmas Eve and took him to a hospital for treatment.
Laux told deputies a man had punched and kicked him.
A sheriff's department report says Laux saw the man park his truck and move toward his house. He called after the man to move the truck or be ticketed.
The 50-year-old man told deputies he pushed Laux after Laux pushed him.
The man was arrested for aggravated battery and disorderly conduct. The district attorney will decide whether to file charges.
