.

Tim joined NBC 15 in October of 2010. In August 2012, he was named co-anchor of NBC15's The Morning Show.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Tim and his family moved to Janesville, Wisconsin in 1995 (Eastside Pride!) Despite his east coast roots, Tim considers America's Dairyland his home.

Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication. Not long after graduation, he landed a job as the 6 and 10 p.m. producer at WTVY in Dothan, Alabama.

During his two years as a producer, Tim won back-to-back Associated Press Awards for "Best Regularly Scheduled Newscast" (2007, 2008).

In the summer of 2009, he made the move to reporter for WTVY. Living near the Gulf Coast, Tim had the opportunity to cover some pretty cool stories, including hurricanes and tropical storms as well as the BP oil spill.

Tim is elated to be back in south central Wisconsin covering stories that matter most to you. When he's not pounding the streets for a story, you can probably find Tim kickin' it on the soccer field. He's a huge fan of the English Premier League's Manchester United as well as the U.S. National team. His dream vacation: Brazil in 2014 for the next FIFA World Cup!

He's always looking for great story ideas so if you have one, give Tim a shout at telliott@nbc15.com. Make sure to follow him on Twitter @thetimreport
