I'm thrilled to finally be back in my home state! I was born in Madison and raised in Waukesha. Before my position with NBC15 News, I moved all over the country beginning my career as a Producer's Assistant at ABC7 in Los Angeles and KNSD-TV in San Diego. I returned to the Midwest as an Anchor/Reporter in Bemidji, MN for KAWE-TV. Next, I headed to the mountains to work as the Morning Anchor and Executive Producer for KREX-TV in Grand Junction, CO. Most recently I was promoted to the Weeknight Anchor/Producer/Reporter position for KJCT-TV News 8, also in Grand Junction, where several of my stories received national attention; some including an in-depth look at the spike in domestic violence cases locally, as well as a teenager's quest to curb inappropriate dancing at school dances.
I love to be active and am interested in just about any sport. I also like to travel; in college I studied abroad in Spain and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Being from Wisconsin, I'm a huge Packers fan and love watching football. My dog even has a cheesehead! I also like to cook for family and friends, as well as work on home improvement projects. I’ve fallen in love with hiking, fishing and camping, so that's usually where I am when I’m not in the newsroom.
