Lindsey Branwall joined NBC 15 in December 2013 as a multimedia journalist.
You will find Lindsey out in the community behind the camera, in front of it and on nbc15.com.
Lindsey is from Minnesota so she is not a stranger to cold winters. A graduate of St. Cloud State University, she played a large role in the campus's television station, UTVS. During her time there she was the news director, a reporter, a producer and an anchor. Lindsey helped lead her news team to three national awards. Recognized for her excellence in reporting and writing, Lindsey also collected seven individual awards from NBNA, SPJ & Emmy organizations.
Lindsey interned at WCCO-TV in Minneapolis and KELO-TV in Sioux Falls, SD.
After her first month interning at KELO-TV, she was sent to the Black Hills to cover the wildfires burning in the summer of 2012. Lindsey reported remotely for five days gathering vital information to the people in the area.
Lindsey likes to work with her hands in her spare time. She is an avid DIY-er, and loves to scour salvage yards and thrift shops to fix up a historic home accent or make her own. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family and pets Picasso (dog) and Saffron (cat).
It means the most to Lindsey when she can tell stories that make a difference and impact our community. She is excited to get to know Wisconsin and the people in it. Lindsey is a constant on social media and the web. Feel free to send her a hello or your story ideas.
