David is thrilled to be back in Southern Wisconsin. He joined the NBC 15
Sports Team in July 2007. Despite being from the Chicagoland area, David
has grown to call Wisconsin home. He graduated from Marquette
University in 2003 with a major in broadcast and electronic
communications and a minor in criminology and law studies. While
attending Marquette, David interned at WITI-TV and worked at WTMJ-TV in
Milwaukee. His first on-air gig came at WQOW-TV in Eau Claire where he
anchored the weekend sports.
When not working, David likes to return to his hometown of Palos Park,
Illinois to spend time with his family including his adorable twin niece
and nephew. He is an avid fan of the Cubs, the Marquette men's
basketball team, and the Packers, even admitting he will openly weep
when Brett Favre retires.
David has never won an award for his journalism but was voted "Best
Quaffed Hair" in his fifth grade class. So at least he has that going
for him.
David is excited to be working in one of the best sports cities in
America and hopes the NBC 15 viewers are informed and entertained by his
sportscasts and reports.
