During our shows we have featured almost every act you can imagine (as well as a whole lot you can’t!)
So much Spectacle to behold!!!
-Traditional Circus Art
-Obscure Sideshow Feats
-One-of-a-kind Novelty Acts
One of the last places in the world where you can witness all these types of performers in a single program. Let alone accompanied by LIVE American Roots Music!!! from our house band “The Magnificents”
Welcome to Dead Man’s Carnival “The Greatest Show Un-Earthed”
Scrooge In Rouge
The Bartell Theatre
StageQ is proud to present “Scrooge in Rouge” written by Ricky Graham and Jefferson Turner with additional material by Jeff Roberson and Yvette Hargis at the Bartell Theatre, 113 E Mifflin Street in downtown Madison, from December 6 to December 21, 2013. Directed by Michael Bruno, musical directed by Lizzie Hansen and choreographed by Katie Ramos, Graham and Turner’s “Scrooge in Rouge” finds a twenty- three member acting troupe reduced by a shared case of post-Christmas party food poisoning. The show must go on, for better or worse, which means that the actors left standing have to shoulder the entire performance, running from role to role throughout the production. This show is full of puns, groaners, tacky jokes and some outrageous songs- and yes, Ebenezer really does rhyme with geezer, teaser and squeeze’er. It's a perfect holiday musical for StageQ, Madison's only LGBTQ theater company!
The talented ensemble cast includes: Scott Bennett as Lottie Obbligatio, Sean Langenecker as Charlie Schmaltz, Raven Albrecht as Vesta Virile and Lizzie Hansen as Alfred Da Capo.
