Take a break from the daily stresses of your workday with Lunchtime Yoga! Focus on breathing techniques to help relieve stress and learn useful techniques to navigate the rest of your day. So many people think “I can't do yoga, I'm not flexible.” But Yoga is about so much more than bending your body like a pretzel. Ease into the world of yoga with the help of this gentle class that focuses on mindful breathing, stretching, and strengthening. Erin Birk will offer yoga instruction in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, with an integrative approach that weaves in breath work, postures, and meditation. All levels are welcome.

Enjoy a day of great camaraderie, food and golf! Independent Living is a local nonprofit that has been helping seniors and adults with disabilities for 40 years. With financial support from the community, Independent Living is able to serve more adults with in-home care, home health care and housing options. Golf fees--$200 individual, $800 foursomes--cover registration, golf cart, lunch, reception and gift bag. Sponsorships available.
