Webb Park, 425 N Webb Avenue, Reedsburg, WI
Reedsburg will be hosting a very special baseball event on Saturday, August 2 when the Dunn County Historical Society brings in their Menomonie Blue Caps vintage baseball team to Webb Park. Reedsburg has s special connection to baseball because Little League Baseball came to Wisconsin in 1951 when the state's first charter was granted to the fledgeling league in Reedsburg. This 1860's style team travels the Midwest and plays ball in period uniforms, with equipment and rules from the 1860's. Vintage baseball is growing in popularity across the country. Madison Mallards Game & Community Connection

Jul 31, 0014 7:00 pm

Warner Park, 2920 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704

Come one, come all to a fabulous Madison Mallards baseball game – the perfect summer family activity! The Mallards are partnering with Sierra Club for one of their Community nights, which acts both as a fundraiser, and as a great way to get our message out to the masses.

Your $15 ticket gets you a seat at the game, a FREE Mallards baseball cap (a $20 value by itself), and supports a donation to the Club. We have our own section of the stadium, so you’ll get to meet and mingle with other Sierrans from the area. And perhaps some from afar – as our opponent will be the Kenosha Kingfish, so we’ve invited our fellow Southeast Gateway Group Sierrans to join us for some friendly rivalry!

The game starts at 7:05 pm. Please buy your tickets today at this url, and share it with your friends:, and input the password “sierra.”
