NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- It's a classic Harley and prosecutors want to find out who really owns it. A New Jersey man bought a 1971 Harley Sportster on eBay for $2,400. Union County prosecutors say the buyer was researching the history of his bike and learned it had been stolen nearly 34 years ago in Rhode Island.

The most recent buyer isn't in trouble with the law and eBay promises to refund his money. Authorities say several other previous owners didn't know the bike was stolen, either. Now officials are trying to locate the original owner.
