STOCKHOLM, Sweden (AP) -- It's an apartment for sale with an extra -- a live-in stepdad. The apartment is in a desirable area of Stockholm, Sweden.
Lawyer Eric Von Platen says the seller is a woman who inherited a share of the condo from her late mother. But the woman's stepfather is refusing to move out. So, the apartment is being offered to the highest bidder, complete with Pops. The apartment family feud could get even messier. Another lawyer cautions it won't be easy for a buyer to evict the resident stepdad and get a clean sale.
