COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- The "naked photographer" is in trouble again. Lawyer Stephen Linnen has been sentenced to six months' house arrest for violating probation. Four years ago, the Columbus, Ohio, man pleaded guilty to surprising women while he was naked. He would photograph the women's shocked reactions to his nude ambushes. He has already served a year in jail and had his law license suspended. The latest legal trouble is over a guilty plea to a drunken driving charge. A judge warned another probation violation would mean more jail time for the naked photographer.
