CHICAGO (AP) -- A children's hospital might not seem like a logical choice for a wedding. But it is for Lindsay Anderson. She had brain surgery at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago when she was 10-years-old. Over the weekend, the now 22-year-old returned to the hospital, where she and fiance Josh Leve got married.

The ceremony was in a courtyard in front of 100 guests, hospital patients and employees. The new bride says she wanted to give the young patients hope for the future. Officials say it's the first wedding at their hospital.
