HONOLULU (AP) -- Wanted: real estate buyer. Reward: $100,000.

A Hawaii couple is offering that bounty to anyone who can locate a buyer or two for them.

David Bangert and Linda Harris listed their two high-end Hawaii properties with real-estate agents about five months ago but have had a lackluster response.

The couple's first property is a 2,500-square-foot, four-bedroom home on a 35,000-square-foot oceanfront lot on Oahu. It's listed for $1.7 million, down from the initial $2.3 million.

The second is a pristine, 38-acre undeveloped parcel on the Big Island near the ocean. It's being offered for $1.2 million.

The reward would be paid out during closing if a property is sold for the list price. If it sells for less than the asking price, the reward would be 3 percent of the selling price.

One hopeful "bounty hunter" has created a Web site advertising the properties.
