After Morning Fog, Some Sunshine Returns
Clouds are expected for most of the remainder of the week.
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - We are once again starting off the morning with areas of fog and potential slippery spots on some roadways. A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for portions of western and southwestern Wisconsin until 10:00 this morning. Visibility will be under 1/4 mile at times.
Weak high pressure will work to scour out some of the cloudiness today and we should see quite a bit of sun later this morning and into the afternoon. Temperatures will remain on the mild side with highs anticipated in the lower to middle 30s or approximately 5 to 8 degrees above average.
Clouds are expected to fill in quickly late this afternoon and evening and, for the most part, will hang around through the rest of the week. High will remain above average through the rest of the week but will cool slightly into the upcoming weekend.
No precipitation is expected through the remainder of this week and into the first part of next week. Partial sunshine will be seen by Sunday and Monday of next week.
