Charming Charlie, X-Golf Middleton to open at Greenway Station

MIDDLETON, Wis. (WMTV) - Two new businesses are moving into Middleton’s Greenway Station, according to the development company Tuesday.

RED Development announced that Charming Charlie and X-Golf Middleton will be the newest tenants in 2021.

According to a news release, Charming Charlie will open this spring to offer women’s clothing and accessories. President of the company Steve Lovell said this will be their debut in Wisconsin.

“Greenway Station is a natural fit for Charming Charlie as the center offers a unique, convenient and seamless shopping experience,” Lovell said.

X-Golf Middleton plans to open in February and will include seven golf simulators. RED noted that the 6,000 square foot space will also have a golf performance center, full bar and a lounge. It will be located near the Bath & Body Works on the center’s main street.

Along with these new businesses, Renu Massage opened up in early October of 2020 and offers four individual treatment rooms. Owner Heidi Aschenbrenner said their choice to relocate was to reach out to those who need a massage and bodywork for their wellness.

“We provide an inclusive, comfortable space for all, and we especially want to reach more of the LGBTQ community who will feel safe and respected with us,” Aschenbrenner said.
